Provide consulting for a 308-unit senior housing project by coordinating critical agency approvals and completing final land use approvals.

The property was situated in two counties, two towns and one village, which required resolving countless overlapping agency requirements. The property also had environmental issues caused by the former owner's operations.

Every construction and approval requirement, including regulatory and environmental was analyzed. A "critical path analysis" was developed for each of the several agencies involved and in doing so expedited the agency review. Environmental issues were identified and eliminated through coordination of two county agencies and an expedited review and approval process.
