Paul Posillico is Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for Posillico. He is responsible for the financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, administrative systems and cost control for all business areas. He manages the company's relationships with their banking, bonding, and insurance agents, ensuring that Posillico is prepared to meet any of its current or future needs.
During his 15 years with Posillico, Paul has been involved in many different areas ranging from operations, estimating/ sales to material operations, administration, and finance.
He is active in many trade associations and sits on the Board of Directors for the Long Island Contractors Association. He's also the NYS Region 10 Director for the Association of General Contractors, working to advance legislation that serves to protect the industry and safeguard its workers.
In 2007, Paul was invited to join The Energia Partnership to discuss ideas of Regional Stewardship. Energia is a leadership academy dedicated to identifying complex and multi-dimensional issues on Long Island. It was an honor to be selected to join this elite group of 35 other public and private business leaders from Long Island for the betterment of the community.
