Joseph Posillico III, or Joe3 as he's often called, is in charge of Posillico's Field Operations; as such no single issue is more important to him than workplace safety. Joe3 is a proponent of a "People First" safety environment. It includes advanced safety training for all employees. Along with that, comes work place safety, quality control, and on-time completion of projects is of paramount priority.
Joe conducts all equipment purchases that includes specialized drilling equipment for various applications. Whether an environmental remediation, drilling, or paving project, Joe3, as well the rest of the Posillico team, are committed to satisfying customer needs for the most challenging types of projects.
He's also put his management and safety practices to good use on numerous NYSDOT projects, including: the rehabilitation of the Long Island Expressway HOV lane, the rehabilitation of Route 27 (Sunrise Highway), and the Rail Road Bridge on Route 25 (Jericho Turnpike) just to name a few.
