Grandview owns and operates a 365-ft tall telecommunications tower in Hauppauge, NY, just north of the Long Island Expressway. Land surface elevation is 200 feet, making the tower 565-ft tall, which makes it one of the tallest transmitting facilities on Long Island. Grandview can support the needs of cellular communications, local emergency services organizations, radio station relay stations, and other type of transmission requirements that needs a fixed base transmission capability.
